With over 25 years of industry experience, Nick brings vision to end-to-end manufacturing. Since founding NC Contract Furniture in 2000, he has ensured that every project is defined by premium materials, structural integrity, and an uncompromising finish.
For Nick, the process of delivering a precision-made installation is a collaborative effort, drawing on the collective expertise of the entire Hertford workshop. He is proud to champion Italian-inspired design that is manufactured right here in Great Britain. By prioritising British suppliers and local manufacturing, Nick maintains a focus on artisanal quality and durability that mass production simply cannot replicate.
Outside of the business, Nick’s passions for travel and coffee are the perfect companions to his professional life. He views every client visit across the UK as an opportunity to solve a new puzzle, frequently finding any strategic reason to get on the road, meet stakeholders face-to-face, and ensure that the final installation is nothing short of perfect.
Emilio Carbone
Head Of Operations & Manufacturing
As Head of Manufacturing & Operations, Emilio brings a dynamic energy and a passion for operational excellence to the NC Contract Furniture workshop.
Responsible for the senior management of both the warehouse and production lines, he is entirely hands-on, ensuring the workshop floor runs with precision, safety, and efficiency.
Emilio’s dedication to the trade is matched only by his commitment to service. He believes that a premium product deserves a flawless delivery, and he works tirelessly alongside the team to maintain the high standards of British craftsmanship the company is known for.
Outside of his professional life, Emilio is a dedicated family man. He cherishes his time as a husband and a father to his two beautiful daughters, who keep him just as active and motivated outside the business as he is on the workshop floor.
